Grilled Redfish Recipe for Red Drum

Title: Grilled Redfish
by splitrailoutdoors
Type: Entree
Servings: 2
Difficulty: Easy
Prep Time: 5 min
Cook Time: 20-30 Minutes
Ingredients: Lemon Juice, Butter, Old Bay Seasoning.
Directions: This is as simple as it gets, but the results are mouth-watering. Keep your grill on a lower temperature. Place the redfish, skin-side down, on the rack.

When the fish starts to get firm, brush on the melted butter. Dribble on the lemon juice and sprinkle with Old Bay Seasoning. Repeat with the lemon and butter as it cooks to taste.

If you can't find Old Bay, use your favorite seafood seasoning. Cook it slow and easy until the flesh slips away from the skin.
Other Notes: The secret to this recipe is to leave the skin on the fillets when you clean your redfish. Redfish skin is thick and tough. It's perfect for placing directly on the surface of your grill's rack.

Don't turn the fish, just cook it slow and it will turn out perfect.
