Review: Lake Purdy is very underrated as a fishin' hole . My two best Catfish came out of there just below the iron bridge during one of the droughts when one could park by the water. After sitting there all night , it was about daylight when I landed twin 18 pounders. Patience paid off that time . There are some huge Crappie and nice Bass in there also .
